kijun bakehouse —
Kijun Bakehouse is a small home baking project born from a love of sharing nostalgic, seasonal flavors. With a focus on olive oil cake & cookies — two personal staples that have become favorites among friends & family— I wanted to make it more accessible and familiar, using clean, simple ingredients.
The word kijun (기준) means “standard” or “benchmark” in Korean. To me, it represents something more fluid—a reminder that standards are subjective, evolving, and deeply personal. With Kijun Studio, I wanted to reimagine what that could mean in the world of baking: a space that welcomes different tastes, backgrounds, and stories.
At its core, this is a cozy, creative studio for me to explore, bake, and connect. And hopefully, over time, it’ll grow into something shaped by the people it’s shared with :)
